A big part of gaining distance is obviously how you move, how you interpret that movement into power.

And the back swing is going to set up some trends, hopefully, that we see in a down swing

and through into impact.

Back swing, guys, I'm going to kick it off with a fault that I see quite a lot with amateurs.

So the most common movement you see with amateurs who don't really generate that much power

is we see a sway off to the right.

So at the top of their back swing, they've shifted mass to the right as a right-handed golfer,

And then in turn, they don't really reach with their arms very much.
