Welcome to the 500th episode everyone. This is a big thing for us here at Kefarucast. I'm not sure how many downloads we have. I think we're up to 12 million or something like that in 500 episodes, but we were excited about this, obviously, with Kefaru

Kast. We've never really put a ton of effort into monetizing it or anything else. It was just

me and other people, know talking having fun informational stuff

but but I definitely want to thank all of the listeners I really appreciate the

feedback I really appreciate you know the kind words and you know

it's always it's always great when someone says they were going through a tough time and I

help them or we helped them through that or diet nutrition they lost weight whatever so so thank you from the bottom of my heart for everybody tuning in

It's been it's been a an experience for me from doing all these podcasts as many you know from the

beginning being on with Gritty with Brian Call you know kind of developing and

becoming I hope anyway a better interviewer talking less, not talking over people.

And some of the people we've had on are just amazing and I've learned so much from

them and have gained friendships from this. So thank you again for everything we'll probably do

some kind of a giveaway with this but thank you all again from the bottom of my
