I'm a former federal prosecutor, a practicing lawyer, and a CNN legal analyst. I'm usually joined by my friend Patty

Vasquez who's still on the campaign trail and after a week of trying a case

and doing my own practice of law, I am here and I am fortunate enough to have a

guest who knows so much about this topic, somebody who has represented whistleblowers, who

represents clients who are themselves members of the Intelligence Committee.

So let's bring in our guest.

which is one of the firms that is representing the whistleblower in this unbelievable case.

So, first of all you represent be putting aside this case and I know that you're walled off from it

but you have represented whistleblowers in the past and in that's actually I think a significant part of your practice is that right?

Yes, so we are the bulk of our practice consists of representing people within the intelligence community on security clearance matters

administrative issues and also whistleblowing concerns because for a lot of them especially within the intelligence community

their very affiliation with the government and the nature of their concerns tends to

implicate classified information.
