hours, there was news from Washington, the White House, that Mr. Zelensky had agreed to the 30-day

ceasefire to do with energy structures in Ukraine and in Russia. It was also odd news that the U.S. was looking at taking over the energy

structures in Ukraine, especially Zaporizia, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe. These things

don't line up on one side or the other. There looks to be the word ceasefire. Is that significant? Again and again, it's qualified, but it's there. Good evening to you.

Hello, John. Well, Russia will not agree to a full-scale ceasefire until, you know, it has, I mean, the basis of a peace settlement firmly nailed down

for the simple and obvious reason that the advantage now on the battlefield is on Russia's side,

pressure on Ukraine. And I don't think the Russians are going to move away from that position.
