CBS News, visiting Professor Dickinson College, CEO Diamond Six Leadership and Strategy,

to comment on what we know so far about the political

arena and the war fighting in Europe.

We're told by the Prime Minister of Hungary, Victor Orbot, that he traveled to Moscow and after

traveling to Moscow and conversing with Vladimir Putin, he traveled eventually to Washington DC to attend the NATO summit

just recent and after the NATO summit the prime minister traveled to Florida to greet and meet and discuss with the presumptive

Republican nominee, Mr. Trump, at Maralago.

What they discussed was the Ukraine War and all we get is headlines.

This is not inside information. The Prime Minister of Hungary after that conversation said

that Mr. Trump is eager to settle the matter as soon

as possible even before he's inaugurated and oblige Mr. Zelensky to

attend a peace conversation with Mr. Putin and their surrogates. Jeff, a very good

evening to you. This presumption of ending the Ukraine war suddenly, I won't ask if it's practical, but is there reason to believe that

NATO could function in any fashion without a full press from the US.

Does NATO have a separate life from a new administration or not even an administration,

just a president-elect? There's a lot of presumptions here but

you understand where I'm going can NATO handle itself on its own given all its
