Welcome to the world of Malcolm and Phil, who have been in doing hard time in Florida prison.

They are Brits, and the things that they have just told us,

sat on the sofa before we even started filming. My head is spinning. This is going to be one of the

most mental podcasts you have ever heard. They just told me about a guy who was steamed to death.

There was a situation where a guard was walked in on, and the guard was producing breast milk

in the prison. There's a confidential informant in the jury. Now with Phil, he speaks very

low because he was tortured during this case to silence him, and they did some medical

malpractice to his voice box to try and completely make it so he couldn't talk.

So he's going to be holding a microphone close to his mouth so that you can hear him properly.

But Phil served 13 years in the Florida system. Malcolm served for three years.
