The only way that is going to happen is, I can stop myself from engaging in that which is unnecessary.

There are those things which are hard, and you have to stay from that.

That by doing those things, it feels healing.

All this is unnecessary.

The more we throw our hearts with hatred and healing, and that hiding and processing and healing,

why about others, the less we will be able to concentrate on that.

So we may remove all that.

The ulama of the soul has taught that to us.

In the heart part, they actually taught that to us to say, we need to cleanse our hearts in order to get closer to our hearts and over time.

So we must understand that I remove all those things that are unnecessary.

From my heart, then that is necessary to have space in the heart together.

So it is important that we exchange from that.

The ulama has gone further to say, when you have ensured that you would have stayed from me,

if I just mentioned more or less ago, then it is important that even that is not concerning.

It means, for me, it's now my knowledge of who I am.
