And back in 2007, he organized what's still considered the most credible civilian UFO

disclosure event in history, 14 military and government officials from seven countries,

all of the National Press Club in Washington. But here's what makes James different. He doesn't

chase headlines. He knocks on doors. He tracks down military records. He befriends witnesses

for years before they'll even sit down with him. His latest investigation, the Virginia

incident in Brazil,

took him there four times in the last year.

And what he found is significant.

He found a neurosurgeon who claims

he had face-to-face contact with a captured non-human being.

We learned about a military officer

who died weeks after handling one of the creatures.
