And I tell you what, we are a million miles away from where we were last time we spoke in the aftermath of your debut at UFC London.

When you were literally needing to be picked up off the floor yeah how the

world has changed my friend yeah the direction of travel has changed for you yeah it's

it's a free and thing because I know my mental side is strong but I got to

show it you know coming back from that defeat a lot of people wouldn't and um it's actually come to be a

blessing in disguise um i needed something to go wrong to change it i was just talking about going

from lightweight to whirlweight and how much has changed my life not my career and uh yeah if i

would have carried on winning a lightweight i probably sat here today skin and bones

killing myself and probably taking

years of my life. So it was a blessing in the skies and I've gone on to prove that as well

with four first round finishes.

Yeah, absolutely. I guess that's the issue, isn't it, when there's nothing wrong, there's

nothing to fix.

Exactly.

And it takes something like that for you to go, actually, why am I force forcing my frame down to 155? Let's finally grow, let's finally go to 170. And since that's happened, so again, looking back to that night in London when we were downstairs and again, you know, I just remember seeing the look in your face because you were so excited. It was your debut. You were at home, it was a perfect storm.
