Most men have never been in a fight in their life (or, at most, a handful). So, what does it take to enter the Octogon and make a 16-year career (and counting) of administering and receiving the brunt end of physical violence. It’s something my guest today, UFC legend, Jim Miller, has done. And, he’s brought us so many incredible moments in the world of professional MMA.
Today, Jim and I talk about what it takes to fight for a living and why he believes he was built to fight. We cover some of the highs and lows of his career including his debilitating battle with Lyme disease and his recovery, how he shapes his training atmosphere for maximum results, how to win and lose with class and grace, ensuring he never puts himself into the victim role, and his immense respect for men who step into the cage with him.
