Honestly, being on the white, it's like killing two birds of one stone as far as the dream goes.

I mean, you have the biggest card in history against the number two guy in the world.

They could potentially set you up for a title shot.

So yeah, man, truly blessed here.

I'm grateful to God and, you know, I think for the UFC to give me the opportunity.

And I'm excited for both of them.

So, so take me through it because honestly, you're right. Like, I mean, we're talking about you're killing two, two birds and one stone here. but take me through how this worked out for you because first of all i mean the amount of

fighters that wanted to be on this card was huge.

And it was, again, very selective for you.

How did Steve Garcia get picked to be on this card that that's so small?

I mean, you guys probably make fun of me, but I truly believe in almost like divine intervention.

I feel like God kind of like, I just prayed. I was like, God, open the doors and need to be open, shut the ones, they need to be closed.

And that's kind of how I've ran my whole career. And I think the trail of bodies that I've left on the way up has also been part of it. You know what I mean? Um, but yeah, man, I have no hype. I have no push. I have no nothing. I just have an opportunity. And I've, and I've took in every single thing that I have and just with that mentality and I do it for my family. for a better life for them and then it's awesome because like oh if i at the white house is almost

like i get to like like, represent my country, almost like an Olympic style type of manner. So now I get to represent my country, man. Like, a lot of awesome things happen.
