Well, we just wrapped up at UFC fight night.

Aljo gets it done in a beautiful fashion, very, very controlled.

And I thought it was actually a fantastic performance by Al Jemaine Sterling.

Man, there's a lot of history, I think, between the two of them. They train together. They know each other. You know, Zalal was actually in training, able to catch Aljo in a submission. he talked in depth and uh we going back and forth a little bit about our history about how

uh you know we had a little beef between us and we uh squashed that beef but look i thought he

fought a great performance tonight absolutely fantastic He dominated in rounds one and two. He gave up round three, which is, I think, somewhat pretty common, to be honest. Like, in a five-round fight, it's almost like those, it's almost like when you're playing a professional sport and you're doing the best out of five or best out of seven, right? They win three and they normally drop game four, almost like a night off.

And then they win either five or six. And I feel like in fighting, when you're fighting a five

round fight, most fighters have a tendency to lose or to win rounds one and two and in round three almost like the fighters like

all of a sudden the reality check comes in like if i lose this round i lose the fight and they fight a

little harder they find a little smarter they do a lot of things so uh that ends up winning them

that third round and i think we saw that tonight uh use of zala used all of his tools all of his tools, all of his weapons in round three. He was able to get the back, control Aljo in that round. But then Aljo did what he does. Man, he came out aggressive in round four, came out aggressive and didn't come out as aggressive in round five. But he had a lot of success in round four coming out aggressive. Landis of some big shots i would just talked about hey i feel a lot

more powerful at 140 or at 145 pounds than i did at 135 killing myself to get my to get down to
