Hi everyone, welcome to the fight with Teddy Atlas. I'm Teddy Atlas III. I'm joined by my main man,

your host, my father, Staten Island's finest, boxing legend, Teddy Atlas. How are we doing,

bud? I'm embarrassed for my son talking so nicely about me.

It embarrasses me a little bit, but I appreciate that.

I appreciate everybody here.

I appreciate our new man here who's helping Richie and Sam as always and Rob and you

and all the people out there that make this, give us a reason to do this show.

So, and before we get started, before I let you get started leading the way,

I just want to send, for all of us, I just want to send our prayers out to the West Coast to all the people out there

in California that have been suffering and dealing with the wildfires out there. Things are

getting better, thank God. But it's such devastation. Just so many people's lives that have been destroyed and taken, you know, the ultimate.

People have lost their lives and lost all their possessions and just everything.

But the one thing about this country

is that we always come back.

You know, that's why I think this show,

the name of it fits right in, the fight.

Because, you know, with the fight fans,

but it just, it just connects with what the United States of

America is it's it's a country of fighters and um there's no doubt that all those people will come back

the ones that you know are there and even though they've lost so much they will come back. The ones that, you know, are there, and even though they've lost so much, they will come

back.

And the thing that I feel proudest about this country is that when something bad happens, everybody
