| 1:18.0 | Number one, the biggest thing that I see across industries, across company sizes, and across entrepreneurial ventures is that we resist paying for help and hiring. |
| 1:31.0 | So, you know, we talk a lot about how the source of freedom is leadership because there's a cap on how much anyone person can do. |
| 1:41.0 | And so your ability to get results through others really is the number one determining factor in creating freedom. |
| 1:48.0 | But not only that, if you want to make a multi six or seven figure income, undoubtedly, you're not going to be able to do that alone. |
| 1:56.0 | And in fact, your income is going to have a pretty harsh cap on it if you try to build a business that relies solely on you. |
| 2:06.0 | I mean, we all know that the administrative and operational things can take up all day every day, which leaves very little time for money making ventures. |
| 2:15.0 | That's why smart, strategic, and savvy entrepreneurs and the ones that make it to the six and seven figure mark I might add are the ones that hire help. |
| 2:24.0 | And they understand that even though it might not be your strength to manage others, it may not be your favorite thing to do. |
| 2:31.0 | It may not feel quite natural for you that doesn't make it any less important because without having a team to support us in what we're doing, |
| 2:41.0 | it's really going to be about us getting on a treadmill, running on a hamster. |
| 2:47.0 | We all really getting nowhere fast because it takes so much to keep up with the day-to-day running of a business that that really allows little or no time and energy and focus on creating forward momentum. |
| 2:59.0 | So the question is, have you resisted paying for help in your business or have you resisted hiring, whether it's a virtual support company, a social media manager, a VA, an admin, a customer support person? |
