Well, we are Michelle and Jack Bosch, we're the co-creators of the land profite generator method, and yes, we stumbled into this asset class that normally people don't think about in real estate.

We came here, both were both immigrants from Germany, Honduras, came to study here to the US, get a corporate job, do whatever one says that you should do in order to be successful.

And a few years into those corporate jobs, we absolutely hated them. Kind of like you, you said, the projects, your efforts were not matching together, and definitely there was no freedom, no fulfillment to go visit our families to travel the world in those jobs.

We started looking at something in real estate, and originally we thought, oh, let's start looking at houses, and houses came with a ton of complications, tenants, toilet, thermites, contractors, name, and we thought, okay, that's not what we're looking for.

After that, we looked into tax leans and tax deeds, and those kind of things, and that makes sense when people don't pay their property taxes, you can sometimes pick up properties cheap, and we didn't enjoy that.

Well, we weren't successful, we failed, because we bought leans that were redeemed, we made $3.82, we bought, we attended auctions where we went with all the money we had, and we're out of it.

And then we realized what if we instead go and contact people directly that haven't paid property taxes, and a bunch of people answered back to us, and they all owned land.

Yeah.

So we're like, okay, what do we do now? So we made it some really, really low offers to them.

That's why I say we stumbled into, you know.

It's a really low offers to them, and now, and they accepted that we were able to flip them the same way that house flipers flip houses, we're flipping land just without the number one complicating factor in it, which is the house.

Yeah.

So we don't have to deal with all these houses and repairs and the foundations and the mold, and then, and then all these different things, just don't have to, don't have to handle that at all.

So it's a simple way of doing roller-state investing.
