Now before you run off scared because I said the word meditation, listen in because meditation is not exactly what you think and it can really be whatever you want it to be.

But the bottom line here is if you want to totally transform your mindset, if you want to become a hugely powerful person that keeps things in perspective and that's able to roll with the punches,

achieve your goals and stay positive no matter what, then it's time to make gratitude a part of your daily routine.

I created this episode for a couple reasons.

Number one, because I constantly get asked about what my morning routine is.

People that know me and see everything that we're doing at Kelly Roach, coaching the book launch, the podcasts, the coaching programs, the online things that we're doing, they want to know how do you get it all done.

And I always tell people that gratitude is at the center point of my focus, my energy, my drive, being thankful for everything that I have in my life.

And keeping things in perspective is what keeps me fired up, keeps me positive, allows me to have the strength to keep moving forward, even things don't necessarily go my way.

And it can have the same effect and impact on you.

So today all I'm going to do in this episode is walk you through exactly how simple this can be for you and give you some suggestions on how you can raise your energy, be in a stronger position to achieve your goals, and you know, build that mental toughness that we talk about all the time on unstoppable success radio that's going to help you put yourself in a position to win.

So when I do my gratitude meditation, it's always first thing in the morning and last thing before I go to sleep at night and it's as simple as this.

I basically get myself really centered and I just begin to say thank you and I'm just getting myself completely focused and in the moment of gratitude.

And once I've gotten myself kind of in that mindset of gratitude, I begin to state all the things that I'm thankful for.

You know, starting with just my mental and physical health, my body, my senses, my ability to be alive.

You know, all of those things just about me as a human being that I appreciate and that I want to see continue.
