| 2:13.4 | As you guys know I just wrapped up writing I think it is my sixth or seventh book I have this will be the fourth book for the business side of my company is obviously I have three children's books as well and you know in the conviction marketing book I really talk about how to strategically and predictably elevate your business into a category of one. |
| 2:40.8 | And we really talk about the distinctions between hope conviction and how to marketing we talk about where people get stuck in those paradigms and we talk about what to do to elevate through the levels and to graduate your business to really become a class of its own. |
| 3:00.4 | And that is really the premise of today's show because I see so many entrepreneurs in the market every single week that are struggling to stand out they're struggling in a sea of millions of other business owners that do what they do and they're really having a hard time. |
| 3:20.8 | Cosifying themselves as a category of one and standing out so that people without question see them as the undeniable authority in their space and I want you to think about that for a second. |
| 3:36.0 | How does that make you feel when you hear that do you believe that the path that you're on makes you the undeniable authority in your space. |
| 3:48.2 | And I really want everyone to sit with that for a moment because when I look at our path forward and the way that I like to strategize around marketing and go to market message. |
| 4:01.5 | I'm always asking myself how do we become the undeniable authority in the space and the big thing that I really want to pour into you guys today is that if you are trying to replicate. |
| 4:17.3 | The image, the copy, the social media, the branding or the positioning of someone else in the market, you can never catapult to category of one because you have already claimed the position of second best. |
| 4:37.1 | So really think about that it is so so important guys that you exit I call it opt out to elevate you have to opt out to elevate in your business, which means that you really have to sidestep comparing competing duplicating replicating the work that other people are doing because you can't claim that true authority positioning in your space. |
| 5:05.1 | If you are simply replicating what someone else is doing, it doesn't matter if that person is in a different industry, it doesn't matter if that person does something different, it doesn't matter if you know they they have a little bit of a different tweak to it. |
| 5:19.1 | The thing about conviction marketing and really standing out as the one and only in your category is that it is very deep. |
| 5:29.1 | It's very deeply rooted, it is very specific and organic and authentic to you and you alone and this is what you know gets missed so much of the time is that if you are stepping out of line and sharing a message that is yours and yours only that is how you can become category of one. |
| 5:57.1 | If you're hiding behind trying to replicate or duplicate messaging positioning branding copy graphics or photos that someone else has already done. |
| 6:09.1 | You are putting yourself in a space of second best no matter what you do. |
| 6:15.1 | So I really want to challenge you guys to think about this idea of conviction marketing and conviction marketing is really about anchoring in to your true deepest thoughts deepest perceptions of the world deepest vision for your market of what you believe can be and is possible for them. |
