This week, Kelly invites the creator of the best selling PowerSheets Intentional Goal Planner, Lara Casey, on the show to talk about the importance of intentionality.

Kelly and Lara discuss best practices for effectively narrowing in on goals. Kelly asks Lara for ideas and strategies to eliminate goal setting around things that don't enhance life.

Lara and Kelly dive into what goal setting and year planning will look like post-pandemic. Lara advises business owners not to expect the world to go back to the way it was. She says that 2021 is a different economic and emotional landscape and that people should have their listening ears on as it relates to the people they serve. Lara says business owners need to allow themselves the time and space to process their feelings about the previous year.

Finally, Kelly asks Lara for tips and strategies for service-based business owners looking to get involved in product-based businesses.
