Cindy welcome to the show.

Thank you for having me.

I wish we were back together in person.

I know, I know.

It's been, who would have thought that 20-20 I mean I think people had some crazy

plans for 20-20 but not this crazy but but your audience like they have been

flexing this muscle that's the good thing right all of these on

You know myself included even when things like this hit and it's not that I believe me that I haven't like had moments of just, you know, riding down the street on a bike going what is happening in this world right now. It's sort of surreal. But the good thing is that we really do have to flex the muscle of having to pivot constantly of having to reinvent and you know be quick on your feet when you think that the road is going straight and suddenly it goes left.

So I think that's been a salvation,

I think, for at least this audience during this moment in time.

I completely agree.

And I actually have said to the audience over and over again,

you know, guys, like disruption comes, you know, it's in cycles, right? So we never know exactly what it's going to look like, but the more that you go through it, the more you build the muscle so that the next time it comes you're ready and

you can use that to your advantage and I think that this is an incredible learning and

growth opportunity for all of us. I don't know who I will get it wrong so I'm not sure who to attribute this

quote to but I love the sentiment of never never waste a crisis right don't

make this moment because it's really positioning you for opportunity in a way that, you know, from all entrepreneurs, the way that our DNA, you know, how we're wired is that we see possibility where others see limitation.
