I'm excited to be here. So yeah, I mean in addition to being obviously an Olympic and world champion, a medalist, all of these amazing things, you're a mom, you give back in a massive way, you have a couple companies of your own. You're really

dig right in today, Natasha, to really what your routine is in terms of keeping your mental fitness, your mindset in your head and your heart in the right place, to be able to do it all and balance it all because, you know, I think starting there with the mental piece and then we could get into a little bit of the physical, but can you share a little bit about that with us here?

Well, I want to start off by saying that routine is incredibly important, but as a new mom I'm learning to be a little bit

flexible with myself where that routine is concerned. I have a very very active nine month old.
