every day for the last couple weeks here. Kelly, what changes are you making

given the circumstances at hand?

And the truth of the matter is,

from a business strategy standpoint,

almost none because we have known

that there would be a disruptive event

coming for many months, and we've been talking about

planning and preparing for it. I would say our language has changed to the market to

meet them where they are but our strategy has not.

And that's just based on many years of planning

and preparation and going through other economic disruptions
