Is there a case against Uber?

Here is a stat that is being reported that Uber received reports of sexual assault or sexual misconduct in the United States nearly every eight minutes between 2017 and 2022.

So we're talking over a five-year period.

And this figure is far higher than the company previously

disclosed. And the numbers are kind of staggering because Uber had released for that same period of

time 12,522 accounts of serious sexual assaults for the same period.
