I got like 10K in my account, and I just made this 40K, so now I'm back to 50K.

locked up tomorrow maybe another one locked up as well the one up in camden that one gets

locked by may make i don't know maybe 20 on it nice i like that yeah so it's kind of out of the

metro but the lady just wants to sell as is i I'd probably go through New Western. They have a lot of, there's a city called Richmond that's next to it. That's kind of a big city. So I might get that one locked up, make that. Then I got another one I may make 10 or maybe 15 on. How are you finding the deals? agents man just calling agents every day yeah and just

having them send me stuff I think I'm calling three hours a day probably Monday through

Friday and they'll just text me email me and I'll go look at them and make an offer

and I'll probably get three to four properties a day and I'll make an offer on each

one all referrals from agents yeah yes sir yeah this month that's that's all I'll probably get three to four properties a day and I'll make an offer on each one.

All referrals from agents. Yeah. Yes, sir. Yeah, this month, that's, that's all I've been doing so far, man. Well, you've been doing it for a while. Well, I think I started doing it this, yeah, so this year and I made a 40k this, this month. It's working. I know. It's crazy. you've only been doing it for 27 days. Yeah. Like, do, like I did the foreclosure thing last year for the most of it. I didn't only make stuff. I didn't make shit off that, to be honest with you. And I started doing this time, me, like 40K. I basically made a month where I made doing that all last year. So it's crazy.

And it's going that fast.

I mean, they're spending you opportunities that fast.

Every day.

Every day.

I'll make an offer.

And I got lucky on the last six. I had some buyers who buy a little bit higher.

I'm like, yeah, I'll buy that.

Because there's one out of an O.P, which is on. A.R. V was like in the high threes. I think they wanted like 270. I sold them for like 280. Just made a quick 10K. So I made 19, 7, something on the first one, then 10, and I made 10 yesterday too. It's crazy. How's it feel? It was great, bro. I'm loving it. So you call up these agents and you say what?
