Welcome to Need to Know. I'm Ross Coulthart, talking to you from a beautiful Southern Highlands just south of Sydney in Australia.

And my co-host is Bryce Sable.

And I'm here in Los Angeles, a little north, actually, where we've been enjoying some rain of recent times.

So that's been very good for us.

And life is going on here in L.A.

And Ross and I have just now, I think Ross, we have proved that we have a global presence already.

So that's great.

A transcontinental media investigation team looking at the phenomenon of UAPs. And we're calling

them UAPs, aren't we, Bryce? We're calling them UAPs because UFOs carries too much stigma.

I think UAP's unidentified aerial phenomena is a good compromise, don't you reckon?

Well, you know, it's funny because I've got a little medium site where people write articles,

and we've asked the readers what they think of UFO versus UAP.

And I have to say the hardcore readers favor UFO.

But the government, the United States government in particular, favors UAP.

So I'm happy to be bilingual on this and go either way.

So why are a couple of serious insect investigative journalists?

I'm an author.
