Last night, Special Counsel Jack Smith gathered the press in a conference room in Washington,

DC for an announcement.

Today, an indictment was unsealed, charging Donald J. Trump with conspiring to defraud the

United States, conspiring to disenfranchise voters, and conspiring an attempting to obstruct

an official proceeding.

Trump's now been indicted three times, twice by Smith himself.

Back in June, Smith charged Trump with risking national security by taking classified documents

from the White House.
