| 0:00.0 | Good morning. Welcome to Axios today. It's Friday, September 16th. I'm Nailaboodoo. |
| 0:09.0 | Here's what we're covering today. The Saudi-funded circuit changing the game for men's golf. |
| 0:14.0 | But first, how this week in Washington could affect the upcoming election. That's today's one big thing. |
| 0:21.0 | We're 53 days from the November election. This week we've been asking you what's motivating you to vote or not. |
| 0:33.0 | Hi, Nailab. My name is Suzy. I currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I do plan on voting this November just from a harm reduction standpoint, |
| 0:42.0 | which is the same exact standpoint that I have always voted with. Because we've got Dr. Oz running in Pennsylvania, |
| 0:48.0 | and they don't want him to be elected. Even though I also am not stoked about John Federman, |
| 0:53.0 | I'm going to keep participating for now until there's a better option. |

| 1:26.0 | folks who are dealing with hardships on a regular basis, especially economic hardships, |
| 1:31.0 | and don't like either candidate. So, that is the electorate that's up for grabs, |
| 1:36.0 | and what's really hard when you look at the polling data, when you're trying to assess what's going on in all these big races, |
| 1:41.0 | how many of these voters actually show up to the polls? Because the basis right now, |
| 1:46.0 | we can look at the data, my own experience on the campaign trail demonstrated this. |
| 1:51.0 | The bases are very fired up. Republicans are going to show up in big numbers. It's a midterm election, |
| 1:56.0 | and they're out of power that always happens. And Democrats, because of the abortion issue, |
| 2:01.0 | that they're as fired up as they've been in some time as well. But these independent voters |
| 2:05.0 | or these low propensity voters, those are the folks that are wild cards. |
