U.S. stocks climbed broadly today, with a rally in technology companies helping to lift the NASDAQ more than 1% to a new record.

The S&P 500 rose 0.6% to a fresh high, while the Dow ended flat.

Gold Futures extended a record-breaking run as investors continued to pile into alternative assets.

Among individual companies, Confluent stock jumped 7.5% after a media report said the data

infrastructure company is exploring a sale. Shares of AST SpaceMobile surged almost 9% after it inked a deal to provide space-based broadband service to Verizon customers.

Rocket Lab shares rallied 6% after the space company unveiled a multi-launch deal with the Japanese satellite maker.

And Equifax stock rose nearly 1% after the Credit Bureau said it would cut prices for mortgage scores.
