The story of the day to day,

eliminating property taxes. This, I will admit, is very boring. This is, I couldn't think of a more

boring thing to talk about, actually. Here's though, I'm a bit surprised, though, with where

this is gone since we've talked about it on the Sirius XM show the last couple of days. So a friend of mine, a dear friend of my, old friend of

mine, he was the MVP of our wedding. He's in the sales tax business. I didn't really know what that

means, but that's his world that he's professionally been in. And he told me recently that the

governor of Texas in his reelection campaign, he has professionally been in. And he told me recently that the governor of Texas,

in his reelection campaign, he has made the forefront, the main argument, why he needs to be

reelected, is eliminating the property tax in Texas. This is like the main platform that he's

campaigning the state on. And there's 10 other states who are doing the same thing.

Florida, notably, Ohio, but a bunch of other states, red states, who are all talking about

eliminating property taxes, also all in different ways, which makes us a bit more complicated

to talk about, on top of boring. So it's boring and complicated. But it turns out after we had my friend on the show,

I think the most feedback we've ever gotten on a segment we've ever done outside of like having a

World War II veteran on or something like that. Outside of something like super patriotic,
