It's so good to have you back. So first off, Dana, you've been in the business decades.

And have you seen anything like this before? Does this compare to anything any other time you've seen in the gold and silver markets?

No, this is off the charts because we've never had a rally like this that's globally driven, absent problems in the U.S. at the same time.

And the whole world is buying gold and silver hand over fist. But the U.S.

market doesn't seem to be, except for maybe some bigger players. So very, very wealthy,
