1:17.5	bearing on a train car was the likely cause of a massive Norfolk Southern train derailment
1:22.6	earlier this month near the Ohio-Pencilvenium border. 38 rail cars derailed and fire damaged
1:28.4	another 12, according to the National Transportation Safety Board. Eleven of them were carrying
1:33.5	hazardous material, including the toxic gas vinyl chloride. NTSB chair Jennifer Hammondi
1:39.3	began a press conference this afternoon by addressing the residents of East Palestine.
