You know, yesterday, while we all celebrated Mother's Day on Sunday, it was sort of a happy weekend.

Even if your mom is deceased as mine is and

many of folks out there in our audience but it was it was to be celebrated anyway but

there was also a celebration yesterday at the University of Idaho the six-month

anniversary of the murders of Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogan,

Zane of Knurtle, and Kaylee Gonsalvis. And the celebration was that they awarded some four degrees

and certificates to those four students,

two of who Madison, Mogan and Kaylee Gonzalez were seniors and would have graduated.

So sort of a sad day, but at the same time, recognizing that these four students,

they lived. They lived, and they were students at this university.

And they were working hard in trying to attain a degree.

And there's their pictures up on the screen.

And in some, no solace really at all,

but in some commemoration of their hard work and that they did walk

upon this earth at one time. And maybe it would make their family feel better, their parents,

their loved ones, maybe even other students that they were acknowledged and Madison,

Mogan, Kali Gonzalez, would give in posthumous degrees as if they graduated.

And Ethan Chapin and Zana Connold who were undergraduates, they were given certificates.
