We begin with some breaking news as the BBC reports that British police have arrested Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor, on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

Thames Valley Police said this morning they had arrested a man in his 60s and were carrying

The heightened tensions are pushing oil and European natural gas prices higher over fears of

disruption to shipments in the Strait of Hormuz. Meanwhile, investors nervous about the perceived

risk of war have sent gold back above $5,000. And Airbus says that an engine shortage is

forcing it to scale back production of its best-selling A-320 jets. Its shares dropped more than 7%

on the news. It's just the latest setback for the European planemaker, which just two years ago was flying high while rival Boeing struggled.
