With me Pauline, Pauline, who's going to be asking me some of your questions.

In fact, they're questions from just one person, but hey, they are questions plural,

so that's all very well and good.

So I thought I'd start this episode off by following up on something I mentioned last time

and that was you weren't here for this Pauling, but that was that Underwood and Flinch has been optioned for television.

I got a couple of comments about this, so I thought I'd expand a little, or as much as I'm kind of able to expand really at the moment with you.

So what happened?

I was optioned.

Well I wasn't optioned, you know.

You know, we're optioning Mike Bennett to make a television show out of him.

That'll be an interesting watch. Well yeah right. Yeah. I just try to be nice.

Sorry so yeah, so Underwood and Flinch was optioned.

This happened quite some time ago and I can tell you that it's a bit more than optioned, it's actually been re-optioned.

So typically what happens is when a book or something, you know, or an idea or a script

gets optioned, it tends to slide in the first year.

Yeah, so what runs for about a year?

The option runs for about a year.

And then what happens is like if in that time,

the people who have optioned the show can't, you know, it just isn't viable, they can't find the money, they can't find the people, they can't find the will to live, you know.
