The Day 19 of the Twilight Zone Advent calendar and we have a question from a long time friends of the show Vera Bible who says the old

favorite question who is your favorite Twilight Zone actor or actress and Vera said

the hairs was Jack Klugman now in a sense I agree with you Vera because if it was my

favorite Twilight Zone actor or actress who was in multiple episodes, it would probably be Clubman because we've talked about him a bit in a previous question, but he occupies a certain angsty kind of space that I think we all have at certain times of our life for whatever

the situation and I can very much relate to him and I very much enjoy what he does so

if it was multiple time Twilight Zone actor Kl Klugman would be my answer, but I think from a point of sitting down and enjoying a performance and not being able to take my eyes off that person.

My favourite actor is James Whitmore in on Thursday we leave for home because there's not a second

of when he is on screen that I just, you know, want to take my eyes off him.

The little inflections, the whole turn he does from, you know, this benevolent uh helpful leader of this group to to just being this

almost megalomaniac type figure who just can't let go who who's believed his own hype you know

once he's confronted with a different situation i just think he is so magnetic in that role.

There's some great performances in the Twilight Zone,

but I'm not sure that one will ever be surpassed for me.

I think that's an amazing answer.

Honestly, if I'm being totally truthful,

if I had considered that, I probably would have gone with that one because I completely agree. I think he's, I remember really being blown away by his performance in that one. I mean, the story and the writing and everything was really compelling, but like you say, he absolutely dragged you in there with him.

And I think that that's always a sign of a great performance.

I kind of was the same.

I mean, I think that a lot of people's first response is going to be Jack Klugman or Burgess
