Inside the MGM Garden Arena, fans are shifting uncomfortably in their seats.

In the ring before them, an act of war has been declared.

Moments ago, a Vanderholly field's enormous skull connected with Mike Tyson's right eye.

The headbutt was accidental, but the damage has been done.

Soon, Tyson knows his eye will puff up and bleed heavily, all but blinding him.

As the 30-year-old Tyson sits on the stool in his corner, his mind is racing.

He's feeling all kinds of emotions.

But most of all, Mike Tyson is angry, and that's a scary place for any opponent.

Tyson screams as his cut man tries to stop the bleeding.

There's no way his eye is going to hold up through the entire fight.

He's got to come up with a strategy, a strategy to end the fight.

25 feet away, 34-year-old world champ of Vanderholly field takes a couple drinks of water and gets to his feet.

He knows he's in control, and accidental headbutt or not,

he's going to go after Tyson immediately with a torrent of punches and force the referee to stop the fight.

Holyfield looks over as Tyson rises to his feet, ready for the third round.

And he notices something odd.

Tyson is missing his mouthpiece.

What?

Is this guy crazy thinks Holyfield?

He might knock his teeth through his skull.

Referee Mills Lane also notices this just before the two fighters engage.
