but I do have two very timely guests for you.

In a moment we'll hear from Sam Terry on being sacked by Kiestarma

for attending an RMT picket line.

In the second part of the show I'll be giving my live reaction to Andrew Neil's interview with

Rashi Sunak. He's going to have to pull off something pretty special to keep his leadership ambitions

alive so we can we can see how desperate he gets in real time.

When Kearstama sacked Sam Terry for attending a picket line, it caused a mammoth row between

the Labour Party and the trade unions.

To try and calm that conflict down,

Kiestarma gave at this interview though, where he tried to downplay the

significance of the RMT picket line.

Sam Terry was sacked because he booked himself on to media programs without permission

and then made up policy on the hoof and that can't be tolerated in any organisation because we've got collective responsibility.

So that was relatively straightforward.

Of course, so far as the industrial action is concerned, I completely understand the frustration

of so many working people who've seen the prices go up, seen inflation through the roof. the collective responsibility as any organisation does.

So according to Starma, Sam Terry wasn't sacked for attending a picket line, but rather for booking himself

onto TV shows without permission and then making up policy on the hoof.

Does that stack up?

Well, earlier today I spoke to Sam Terry and asked him for his thoughts on that comment from
