It now stands at 11.1%. The main driver of that inflation is still increased energy

costs, but many foodstuffs have a rocket in price as well. So we have some of them here.

essential foodstuffs here. You can't really avoid these. And that means that many people

are going to be feeling the pain in their pockets. Now, this incredibly high level of inflation

is principally caused by a war in Ukraine and other supply chain issues. But Rishisunak

has been clear, to get inflation under control, we will need to make difficult decisions

at home. What's people's number one anxiety at the moment? It's the rising cost of things.

It's inflation. That's what's beating into people's living standards. The chance for
