It's snowing outside England or out of the world cup and we're about to see the army

on the streets.

Today I feel Moroccan, Michael, that's how I feel.

Today I feel like, well actually I was just looking at cheap flights to the Canary Islands

but today I would like to feel Moroccan because it's too cold here, but it's fine, we'll

get over it.

Lots of interesting stuff to talk about today, I should get over it.

I just feel like I'm going to be coughing a little bit in the stories or like not any kind

of serious sickness, you don't need to worry about that.

We face a dramatic week of industrial action with nurses, rail workers and royal male staff

all due to go out on strike, but instead of responding by getting around the negotiating

table, the government are calling in the army to help, according to a Downing Street spokesperson,

600 army personnel are currently training to stand in for striking ambulance drivers

later in the month.

It's unclear how much help the troops will be though.

General Richard Barron said this to Sky this morning.

The military are trained to be the military, so of course they can drive complicated vehicles

and everyone has a degree of battlefield first aid training, but that's designed to deal

with injuries from fighting and where soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines are going to need

more training as when they're dealing with, for example, with the elderly, which don't

normally feature in that way on the battlefield.
