I mean, I think it makes sense.

He put numbers on the board, right?

He had some big throws.

I remember last year, like vividly watching Red Zone as somebody who rusted a lot of

Chris Alave and seeing these deep throws down the sideline.

Had some plays with his legs. So we've got a young quarterback. He's got an exciting coach and a team that has done a lot to support in this offseason, you know, drafting receiver in the top 10, continuing to bolst with that offensive line, bringing in Travis E.T.N., Travis A. Chan, like, there's a lot of reasons to be excited about the Saints in the direction they seem to be headed. And like I said, he was really productive last year. And so I think that it makes sense. People are excited about Chuck. I've got his profile up on the screen, his numbers on the screen for anybody watching on YouTube. This is his game log in games that he started. You can see his fantasy points here.

A couple rocky ones to start off, play the Rams in his first game, just got crushed. But really hit his stride down the stretch run, did not have a single game with fewer than 17 fantasy points. This is in six point for passing touchdown leagues. Over final six games, didn't have fewer than 17 fantasy points. This is in six point passing touchdown leagues over final six games.

Didn't have fewer than 17 fantasy points in any of those. On the year, he had 17.1 fantasy

points per start. So that put him at QB 16 in the same range as Jared Gough, Mac Jones, Baker

Mayfield, and average 19.6 across those final six games. But to be fair,

those games were against the dolphins, the bucks, panthers, jets, Titans, and Falcons. So I want to

dig into that, start there with that schedule. You and I both watched a lot of film. I watched every dropback for Shuck, so I definitely have opinions. I've got a much of data for Missouri season that we're going to spend some more time with as well today. But I wanted to just first throw it to you. I'm curious what you think, Dan. So you watch a lot of the film. You obviously have takes on these receivers and Kellanmore and everything. Like you are intimate with the situation. Like as a Giants guy, you watch a lot of Kelmore with the Eagles. I'm curious what you think about all of this, but specifically the skill set we're going to focus on, unshuck and try to isolate with him as much as we can. How translatable is what we saw on film last year.

The Saints still have a pretty easy schedule, it seems like,

but it's not going to be the cakewalk that they had at the end of the year in 2025.

So we've got defensive coordinators have more film on Chuck.

We're heading into year two where he's going to have a little bit more of like a neutral schedule than he had last year when he was just going crazy.

How sustainable do you think last year's stretch running might be? It's a great question. We're going to have to debate throughout this next two and a half months we had to August because that schedule stands out to me. It's the first thing I see.
