Retired NYPD, Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

I know my setup looks a little bit different today. I'm not in my studio. I'm out on Eastern Long Island,

and my intention was not to do a show until Saturday,

but it's dragging me in here just missing doing it and missing talking to you guys.

So a lot of things going on in the world right now.

So of course, what we were following and have been following and will continue to follow is the Tyler Robinson case,

or better known really as the Charlie Kirk case. He made a court appearance virtually. He wasn't

actually in court. His lawyers speaking about moving forward this case.

We all realize that this is a death penalty case.

So Tyler Robinson, 22 years old, can get the death penalty

for the murder of Charlie Kirk.

And a lot of things about this case, of course, are extremely disturbing.

There's a picture of Charlie Kirk up on the screen shortly before that one shot rang out.

And, you know, this has affected, of course, the entire nation.

And no matter what your political beliefs are, no one should be gunned down in cold blood because of their political leanings or their freedom of speech.

And that's what's very disturbing about this case.

So what is Tyler Robinson facing?

Well, at the very least life without the possibility of parole, this is a straight out

assassination, an execution, if you will.

So this young man, whatever his motive was, and that's what everyone, of course, always wants to hear,

oh, it's an unclear motive. What's his motive? How about this? How about his motive was hatred?
