something interesting and this particular piece and people can from this

It's is very interesting about the new

culture that Kevin O'Connell is trying to put in, which I think and you even

write this at one point with when you say culture a lot it's just like ziziz you

know like fall asleep but I think that when you contrast it with what these players were

coming from to what they're getting with Kevin O'Connell

and that's really tied together with things that Terence Newman said.

I think it hits home of how much difference this could be.

And so let's talk about what Newman said.
