How is your new year starting for you?

Mine's been a little hectic,

along with the two plus feet of snow that we got over the past couple of days.

So we're still trying to dig out.

I'm also recording with a slight little cold.

I've had it for about two weeks.

I got it right after I recorded the first

podcast of the month and I haven't been able to shake the stuffy nose part but we'll

get there. If you notice a little bit of congestion, it's normal.

And we're not playing with a recording level.

The only thing to report is that with the new year, the award seasons start all over again. I know I pestered

you a month after month last year to get in your Hugo nominations and your Nebula Award nominations

if you're a member of Sifwa. and your

Buello Award nominations if you remember of Sifwa. And it's crazy, crazy, crazy times again.

I will tell you that I just got my supporting membership

nomination request from OsyCon. supporting membership

so if you actually did get that supporting membership

like I begged you to do all last year

or you did attend the World Con in Australia. You can now nominate your

favorite things in the science fiction fantasy community. I wish everyone luck
