Hanu wasajanii.

Hanu was born in Finland, but spent many years in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he received a PhD

and string theory, and currently lives in Oakland, California.

He is the co-founder of Think Tank Maths, which provides consultation service and research and

applied mathematics and business development.

He has had a big impact on the field with only a relatively small body of work.

His first novel, The Quantum Thief, was published in 2010 to a great deal of critical buzz and response.

Coming up is a new novel, Summerland.
