The draft is getting close.

First of all, we've got Ty Simpson's Pro Day following Ty Simpson Gate.

Then we're going to go back to the second round of my mock draft and really drill in.

And finally, we do actually have a lot of Proday updates and things that are relevant. And guess what?

Just 29 days until the NFL draft, Mitch has got his red hat on. You good, bud? I'm great, man.

Tucker Roll, my favorite beat, please. Interesting that Ohio State and Alabama have their pro day on the same day.

You know, we haven't worked at ESPN for a long time and being the really, honestly, the original, the OG of covering pro days.

I was at the combine before anyone else was at the combine and I was at the pro day before anyone else is at the Pro Day because Kuiper wasn't leaving the compound.

And then they kind of grew into, I started going, I don't know, 2007, 2008 to a Pro Day here

and there and then it kind of grew into the spectacle that it's become.

And it's interesting also watching Ohio's, watching clips from Ohio State's Pro Day and clips from Alabama's

Pro Day. And I think ESPN sent a couple people there to do a show later in the day, but there's

no live coverage. So that's interesting as well. But knowing the history of it, what happens is the

league and kind of colleges and networks all used to work

together. I assume they still do, but to make sure that there wasn't Mendoza throwing on the same

day as Simpson, is the same day as Nussmeyer, the same day as Beck, and then all the other pro

days kind of trickled in, you know, accordingly. So that's kind of how it goes.

But today, Alabama has its pro day, and there are some GMs and head coaches there.

Ohio State has its pro day, and there's a bunch more from my understanding.

I don't want to say there were more, I believe.
