Summary

This is set to be the second execution in the U.S. on the same day, Thursday, April 30th. 37-year-old James Broadnax was convicted of a double homicide while robbing two young music producers.  Broadnax’s cousin, who was also convicted in the crime, has now issued an affidavit saying he was the one who pulled the trigger, killing 26-year-old Stephen Swan and 28-year-old Matthew Butler.
