In June of 2006, the body of 15-year-old Eliza Jane Davis was found in a shallow grave

underneath a house in Kali, Western Australia.

Around her neck was a tightened speaker wire and, found near her body and in the general vicinity,

were a cell phone, makeup, clothing, and shoes belonging to the victim.

It wasn't long before a murky picture of Eliza's last hours started to form,

and soon enough, police narrowed in on two suspects who,

just four days after the murder,

came to the police station and separately confessed to killing Eliza Davis.
