0:13.7	annual US Conference of mayors. When the officials closest to the people to get
0:17.6	together to check in on their municipal goals in the next year, it's also a
0:21.8	strong showing for bipartisanship or sometimes I argue for less
0:25.0	partisanship if you will. If you're a partisan mayor you're usually not successful.
0:29.1	This year unfortunately bipartisanship is increasingly imperiled because of a deeply divisive
0:33.8	2024 national election hanging in the background of it all.
0:37.4	So today though I'm joined by two mayors from each side of the aisle,
0:40.1	Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt, a Republican, Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther, a Democrat.
0:45.4	Interestingly, they are both mayors in cities that also happen to be their state's capitals,
