diplomatic delegation in the West Bank. The Justice Secretary is considering mandatory chemical

castration for serious sex offenders,

and kneecap member Mo Chara has been charged with a terror offence.

On to our first story. Two workers at the Israeli embassy in

Washington have been shot dead. Yaron Lachinsky and Sarah Milgram were leaving an event at the

Capitol Jewish Museum on Wednesday night when a lone gunman fired on them, killing them both.

Yaron Lachinsky was originally from Germany but moved to Israel in his teens,

described as a devout Christian by a former university teacher, Lachinsky had known from a young

age that he wanted to be a diplomat for Israel. Sarah Milgram was a Jewish American, who was hired

by the embassy to organize missions and delegations. The suspected gunman in the killing was arrested shortly afterwards, with police naming him

as Elias Rodriguez, a 30-year-old researcher from Chicago.

Yoni Khalin, who was inside the Jewish Museum when the shooting took place, told Fox News what

he witnessed.
