1:09.3	Here's how the Washington Post broke that story today.
1:13.0	So, two arrested in assault on police officer Brian Siknik, who died after the January 6th
1:21.8	Capitol riot.
1:24.0	And I have here a copy of the court paperwork, the criminal complaint against these two insurrectionists,
1:31.4	and the affidavit that was prepared by the FBI agent who was seeking an arrest warrant
1:37.6	for these two particular defendants.
1:40.8	Those two people, those two men are Julian Cater and George Tanios.
1:46.7	And here are the charges that thus far have been brought against these two insurrectionists.
1:53.0	You'll notice that there are no homicide charges.
