Glad to be with you today, though I'm somewhat maybe marginally injured.

I have somebody's been calling me the bionic man because I keep getting parts fixed or replaced.

And a week ago today, actually, I had torn rotator cuff repaired a second time on my right arm.

What was 17 years ago?

I had that one done.

My left I had like four years ago injured that bench pressing.

Don't do that anymore.

And then I hurt my right shoulder again a few years later. And I just, I'm back.

Then I fixed it, I think.

But he said, don't do this again because you're not fixable at your age.

We just can't keep sewing that thing back up.

I guess if you take an old piece of fabric and you stitch it with another one, it doesn't, you know, blend very easily.

But nevertheless, fortunately, thankfully, I'm reasonably pain free from the surgery.

Two days later, I took my meds, and that was the last time.
